8. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated. SMN Web Services reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

SMN Web Services is not liable for business losses, missed opportunities, third-party platform issues, or technical disruptions beyond our control.
